1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or otherwise using the 499bid platform — accessible at https://499bid.net and any associated mobile-optimised URLs — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the player) and 499 bid (the platform operator).

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease using the 499bid platform. Continued use of the platform following any update or amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. 499bid reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time, with updates taking effect immediately upon publication at this URL.

These Terms & Conditions apply to all services offered by 499bid, including but not limited to: online casino games, live dealer tables, sports betting markets, crash games, fishing games, promotional bonuses, and all account management features. By placing a wager or making a deposit, you affirm that you have reviewed and accepted these Terms in full.

2 Eligibility & Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

2.2 Geographic Eligibility

499bid is designed and operated for players located in Bangladesh. By registering, you confirm that your use of the platform does not violate any law or regulation applicable to you in your location. It is the sole responsibility of the player to determine whether accessing and using the 499bid platform is lawful in their jurisdiction. 499bid makes no representation that its services are legal or appropriate in any jurisdiction other than those it specifically targets.

2.3 Registration Process

To use 499bid's paid services — including deposits, wagering, and withdrawals — you must register a verified account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, and a valid contact method. Providing false information during registration constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance.

2.4 Single Account Policy

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one (1) active 499bid account. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — is strictly prohibited. If 499bid identifies multiple accounts controlled by the same individual, all associated accounts will be suspended immediately. Any winnings or bonuses accumulated across duplicate accounts will be voided and the funds will not be returned.

3 Account Obligations

3.1 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your 499bid account credentials, including your username and password. You agree not to share your login details with any other person or allow any other person to access your account. 499bid will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account credentials. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact 499bid support immediately at [email protected].

3.2 Accuracy of Information

You are required to keep your account information accurate and up to date at all times. Any changes to your name, residential address, or contact details must be reported to 499bid support promptly. 499bid may, at its discretion, request updated documentation to verify changes to account information. Failure to maintain accurate account information may delay or prevent the processing of withdrawal requests.

3.3 Prohibited Account Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 499bid platform and constitute grounds for immediate account suspension:

• Using automated scripts, bots, or software to interact with any part of the platform, including placing bets or spinning game reels
• Engaging in collusion with other players to influence game outcomes or betting results
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in any game or platform feature for financial gain
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or modify any part of the 499bid platform or its games
• Using the platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity
• Misrepresenting your identity, age, or location during registration or verification
• Using payment methods that do not belong to you or that are not registered in your name
• Engaging in any form of arbitrage betting, bonus abuse, or coordinated exploitation of promotional offers

3.4 Account Inactivity

An account is considered inactive if there has been no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months. 499bid reserves the right to apply an administrative inactivity fee of ৳50 per calendar month to dormant accounts, deducted from the account balance, after providing prior notice to the registered email address. If an inactive account balance reaches zero, the account will be closed. Players may reactivate an inactive account at any time by contacting support before the balance reaches zero.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

499bid accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively through Bangladeshi payment channels. Accepted methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and City Bank. All transactions are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT). 499bid does not accept cryptocurrency, international credit cards, or any payment method not listed in this section. The list of accepted payment methods may be updated from time to time at 499bid's discretion.

4.2 Deposit Conditions

The minimum deposit on 499bid is ৳200 via bKash or Nagad. There is no currency conversion fee applied to BDT deposits. Deposits must be made using a payment account registered in your own legal name — third-party deposits are not accepted. 499bid reserves the right to reverse a deposit and return funds to the originating payment account if the deposit source cannot be verified as belonging to the account holder.

4.3 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, in line with standard anti-money-laundering practice. Before a first withdrawal is processed, 499bid may require the submission of identity verification documentation including a copy of your national identity card (NID) and proof of the payment method ownership. Typical processing times are approximately one (1) hour for mobile financial service withdrawals (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) and up to three (3) business days for bank transfer withdrawals.

4.4 Failed and Disputed Transactions

In the event that a deposit does not credit to your account within two (2) hours of a confirmed transaction from your payment provider, you should contact 499bid support at [email protected] with your transaction reference number. 499bid will investigate and resolve confirmed failed deposits within 48 hours. Chargebacks initiated by the player through their payment provider without prior contact with 499bid support will be treated as a breach of these Terms and may result in permanent account closure.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

499bid offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to registered players, including welcome bonuses, deposit match offers, free spins, cashback promotions, and seasonal offers tied to Bangladesh's sporting and cultural calendar. All bonuses are subject to these general Terms & Conditions and to any specific terms attached to the individual promotion. In the event of a conflict between a specific offer's terms and these general Terms, the specific offer terms shall take precedence.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds credited to your 499bid account are subject to wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. The wagering requirement for each promotion will be clearly stated in the offer description. As a general guide, bonus wagering requirements at 499bid typically range from 20x to 40x the bonus amount. Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period specified in the offer. Any remaining bonus balance at the expiry of the validity period will be forfeited automatically.

5.3 Bonus Eligibility and Restrictions

The following conditions apply to all bonuses and promotions at 499bid:

• Bonuses are available to one account per player, per household, per device, and per IP address
• Players who have previously self-excluded or who are subject to responsible gaming restrictions may not be eligible for certain promotions

6 Game Rules & Betting

499bid reserves the right to set maximum payout limits per bet, per game session, and per day. 7 Responsible Gaming

8.3 Effect of Closure

Upon account closure — whether voluntary or enforced — access to the 499bid platform will be revoked immediately. Where closure is due to a breach of these Terms, 499bid reserves the right to retain any balance in the account as a set-off against any losses, damages, or costs incurred by 499bid as a result of the breach. Where closure is at the player's voluntary request or due to inactivity, any withdrawable balance will be returned subject to verification.

8.4 Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms & Conditions shall be interpreted in accordance with their plain English meaning.
